● Once we receive your order, we will send you an email confirmation.

● If for any reason ingredient/dish isn't available we will confirm this with you before delivery and offer a substitute by email and/or phone.

● We deliver the meals packaged and chilled for you to put in the fridge or heat up and serve.

● All foods are made fresh within 24 hours of delivery.

● Our meals can last in the fridge for up to 4 days or 3 months in the freezer. See label on how to store/ prepare food.
